The paper timesheet is not the enemy
Asking the whole crew to use an app on day one is the fastest way not to start. Paper can stay.
Most contract businesses collect hours on paper. Not out of laziness: in an engine room, at height or in the rain, a signed sheet works better than a phone.
The bridge between paper and data
The CantiVera timesheet is printed per crew and per week. It carries a QR code that says whom it belongs to. The crew fills it in by pen, the owner takes a photo and the hours come in awaiting confirmation.
And if someone clocks in as well?
It happens: the site manager clocks in during the week and the same week’s sheet is photographed. Without checks, those hours cost, advance the report and get billed twice. CantiVera recognises the overlap and does not count it.
