Frequently asked questions
My workers will never use an app. Is that a problem?
No. They can dictate hours by voice or write them by pen on the QR sheet: you photograph it and AI does the rest.
How long does it take to get started?
Half an hour to set up hourly costs, and one real job. You do not need to import your history.
Who sees costs and margins?
Only owners and site managers. Costs and margins never reach workers: it is the structure of the product, not a setting.
Is clock-in GDPR compliant?
The software stores no coordinates, requires consent before use and deletes data after 24 months. Any agreement required by Italian labour law remains the company’s responsibility: we provide the documentation.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Plans are combinations of modules: individual modules can be switched on or off at any time.
What if I want to leave?
Data lives in standard PostgreSQL and the backups are yours. No closed formats.
