Eveningo Studio, whose company details (registered office and VAT number) appear at the bottom of every page. For any privacy request write to info@cantivera.com.

What we collect

Through the demo request form we collect your name, work email, company and, if you provide them, size, industry and a message.

Why, and on what basis

Only to contact you about the demo you requested: processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps you asked for (art. 6.1 (a) and (b) GDPR). We do not use the data for newsletters or share it with third parties for marketing.

Who processes it on our behalf

The hosting provider of the website and database and, when enabled, the service that sends us the email notification of your request. They act as processors and handle the data only to provide their service.

For how long

We keep requests for 24 months, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, or withdraw consent (arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookies

• No profiling or analytics cookies.
• A single technical cookie, to remember the language you chose.
• No IP address stored: the submission limit uses an anonymous fingerprint.
