Eight weeks of engine-room work with three crews. Every hour came in from the QR sheet, and the owner report became an extract instead of an essay.

Where they started
On board, phones stay in pockets. Hours came in on different sheets for every crew, and the owner report took half a day.
What changed
Every Monday the project lead printed the week’s timesheet for each crew. On Friday he photographed them: hours came in awaiting confirmation, attached to the items of the work specification.
When the same day arrived from both a clock-in and the sheet, CantiVera flagged it instead of adding it up.
The outcome
The weekly owner report comes straight from item-level progress, and discussions moved from the numbers to the decisions.
“Nobody on board uses the app, and that is fine. The QR sheet was enough to get the right hours on the right item.”
